Vesio — Terms of Service

1. Scope of These Terms

This document sets the conditions for creating and receiving AI-generated images or videos through Vesio. Use of Vesio indicates agreement with these conditions, subject to rights provided by local law.

2. Age Requirements

Users must meet the applicable minimum age for online services and in any event must not be younger than 13. Where parental authorization is legally required, it must be obtained.

3. Lawful Creative Instructions

You are accountable for the reference media and prompts you select. Secure any necessary copyright permissions and consent for use of a person’s image or identity before requesting a transformation.

4. Generated Media Limitations

AI generation can create distorted or unintended frames, including content appearing during transitions. Review all outputs carefully. Do not use synthetic material to deceive, defame or falsely attribute conduct to others.

5. Content Standards

Requests involving sexual exploitation of children, intimate imagery without consent, explicit sexual acts, violent abuse, unlawful deception, harassment or other illegal activities are not permitted. Do not attempt to defeat moderation systems.

6. Safety Intervention

Vesio may inspect uploaded files and generated frames to identify prohibited content. A task may be refused, interrupted or blocked, and repeat violations may lead to restrictions. These precautions do not ensure detection of every harmful image.

7. Files After Processing

The product returns creative output for local storage rather than maintaining an enduring server-side video library. Source media and temporary output are deleted from the processing environment after generation, safety checks and delivery. Certain payment, balance or support details may be kept separately under the Privacy Policy.

8. Orders, Credits and Renewals

Before confirming a purchase, check the displayed credit quantity, price, duration and any renewal information. Recurring plans are controlled through the platform used for purchase. Store refund policies and mandatory legal rights apply.

9. Creative Rights and Limited License

You keep any rights you already possess in materials you provide. For the duration of the requested workflow, you authorize the technical handling required to generate and screen content. Availability of copyright protection for AI output depends on applicable law; we do not grant rights in someone else’s identity or property.

10. Fair Use of the Service

Do not overload infrastructure, automate abusive requests, interfere with other users or exploit security weaknesses. We may apply reasonable technical limits and protective measures.

11. Disclaimers and Responsibilities

Outputs are algorithmic and are not guaranteed accurate, lawful for every downstream use or suitable for a particular purpose. Service interruptions can occur. Nothing here removes protections that law does not permit us to waive.
