Vesio respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information you provide when using our AI-powered video creation services.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed, protected, and deleted when you use Vesio.

1. Information We Process

Vesio processes only the information necessary to provide its features and maintain the security of the service.

Depending on the features you use, this may include:

Photos, videos, and other media that you voluntarily select for AI generation.
Text prompts and generation settings.
AI-generated images and videos during the generation process.
Information necessary to manage purchases, credits, and service access.
Information you voluntarily provide when contacting customer support.

Vesio does not require unrestricted access to your device's photo library or other personal files.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your uploaded media and related generation information are processed solely to:

Perform the AI generation or editing operation you request.
Conduct necessary content safety and compliance checks.
Deliver the generated result to your device.
Prevent misuse and maintain the security of the service.

We do not use your uploaded media or generated content for advertising, resale, promotional galleries, or training AI models.

3. Temporary Processing and Data Deletion

Vesio follows a temporary-processing approach for user media.

Uploaded photos, videos, prompts, and generated media are processed only as necessary to complete the requested operation and applicable safety checks.

Once processing and delivery are completed, temporary media files are deleted from our processing environment.

Vesio does not maintain a permanent server-side library of your uploaded photos or generated videos.

Information required for purchases, credit balances, customer support, security, or legal compliance may be retained separately for as long as necessary for those purposes.

4. Local Storage of Generated Content

Generated videos and images are provided to users for storage on their own devices.

Vesio does not offer permanent cloud storage or an online gallery for user-generated media.

You control the content saved on your device and may delete it using your device's storage or gallery functions.

If your device automatically backs up local files to a third-party cloud service, that backup is governed by the privacy practices of the relevant provider.

5. AI Content Safety Review

AI-generated videos may occasionally contain unintended inappropriate material, including unexpected imagery during visual transformations.

To help prevent prohibited content, Vesio may automatically inspect uploaded materials and generated video frames.

Content safety checks are conducted only for moderation and compliance purposes.

Media used for these checks is processed temporarily and deleted after the relevant review is completed.

Vesio does not maintain a permanent database of user media for content moderation.

6. Third-Party Processing and Data Sharing

Vesio does not sell, rent, or disclose user media for advertising or independent commercial purposes.

Where AI generation or content safety processing requires contracted technical service providers, the minimum information necessary to perform the requested operation may be transmitted to those providers.

Such processing is limited to delivering the requested service and is not permission for providers to use user media for unrelated purposes.

Vesio does not authorize contracted processors to use submitted media for independent advertising or AI model training.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information during processing.

These safeguards may include encrypted transmission, restricted system access, and temporary processing environments.

Although we take measures to protect information, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Purchases and Service Records

If you purchase subscriptions or credits through Vesio, certain transaction information may be processed to verify purchases, manage entitlements, and provide customer support.

Payment transactions may be handled by the applicable app store or payment provider.

Vesio does not require your full payment card details for purchases processed through the app store.

Administrative records are handled separately from uploaded media and generated videos.

9. Children's Privacy

Vesio is not intended for children under 13, or under the applicable minimum digital consent age where required by law.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, please contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate action.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

You may choose whether to submit photos, videos, or prompts for processing.

You may delete generated content stored on your device at any time.

Depending on applicable law, you may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information maintained for account administration or service operations.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our features, security practices, or legal obligations change.
